We recommend it, especially at weekends and for larger groups. Book a table by calling +381 63 190 3003 and we will have it set and waiting for you.

Where does your produce come from?

From farms and family homesteads across Serbia. Heritage-breed meat, Mangalica, Moravka, Resavka and Buša, comes from Ramski delikatesi in Topovnik, Farma Todorov in Pirot and Bojčinska koleba, cheese and kaymak from Bakaluk, and pastry sheets, tarana and mlinci from King’s shop, which has been making them since 1925.

How is the food prepared?

Over wood fire and charcoal, in front of you. Meat waits in display cabinets, vegetables on the market counter, bread is sliced on an old cutting board and ajvar is ground in a stone mortar.

Are the wines and rakia Serbian?

Yes. The wine list runs from Fruška Gora to the Negotin Krajina, with Prokupac, Tamjanika, Bagrina and the wines of the Legat 1903 winery, and the rakia comes from small distilleries and monastery cellars. Some wines are also served by the glass.

At Jasenička 7, 11000 Belgrade. We take reservations on +381 63 190 3003.

When are we open and do we serve breakfast?

We are open every day from 9 am to 11 pm. You can start the day with breakfast: the menu includes popara and creamy polenta, among others.

How much does it cost?

Main courses are 1150 to 2350 RSD, and the Mangalista tomahawk is 650 RSD per 100 g. Breakfast is 550 to 850 RSD, starters and soups 520 to 1490 RSD, desserts 180 to 470 RSD, wine by the glass from 375 RSD and rakia from 230 RSD.
